Which currency do you use?
Our price is based on US Dollars. However, in order to bring you convenience, our system automatically changes that into local prices by recognizing your IP. You can click the button at your up right to change currency any time you want. But the final price is always in USD.
This is a Chinese company, so is my payment safe?
Unlike many other sloppy ads you may see from Facebook or any other channel, our site only provides you with the most delicate art supplies.

Why do I need to fill in so many fields to complete my order?
For shipment, the logistics companies require your detailed address and your phone number. Your E-mail should always be valid and correct for any after-sale services. We would never sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any other company or organization.

What shipment methods do you use?
We provide you with two different shipping methods:
Default shipping: it should take 10 to 20 working days to arrive with fair price.
Express: we cooperate with USPS, DHL and Fedex so that you can receive your parcel in 3 to 5 working days. But for this, you need to contact us privately because our system does not allow two shipping methods.
