Shipping and Returns
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays and customized products.
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery (customized products not included). We offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return. Shipping fee is not included in our end.
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria.
- All pictures and videos are for reference only. The color and size may not be exactly the same because of the lightening or the fact that I am a terrible photographer.
- Products for sale or customized are not eligible for return. For customized products, we will notify you via E-mail first to make sure that this is what you want.
- For lost items, please notify us first and we will try to fight with you against logistics companies and you will get the refund eventually.
